This includes account registration information, contact form submissions, deal submissions, uploaded documents, buyer profile information, communication preferences, and device and usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
2.Contact Forms and Inquiries
When you submit a contact form, access request, or buyer inquiry through MWLN, we collect the information you provide including name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content. This information is used to process your request and communicate with you about the platform.
3.Account Information
Registered users provide information including full name, email address, phone number, company name, user role, investment criteria, market preferences, and other profile details. This information is used to manage your account, match you with relevant opportunities, and communicate platform updates.
4.Uploaded Documents
Wholesalers and verified buyers may upload documents to the MWLN platform, including purchase agreements, photos, repair estimates, proof of funds, and identity documents. Documents uploaded for admin-only review are treated with restricted access. All uploaded documents are stored securely and accessible only to authorized parties as disclosed during the upload process.
5.Payment Data
MWLN may collect payment-related information in connection with Listing Fees and other service charges. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors. MWLN does not store full credit card numbers. Payment data is subject to the privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.
6.Cookies and Tracking
MWLN uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve platform performance, remember user preferences, analyze usage patterns, and deliver relevant content. You may control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may limit platform functionality.
7.Analytics
MWLN may use third-party analytics services to understand how the platform is used, which features are most popular, and how to improve user experience. Analytics data is typically aggregated and anonymized. MWLN does not sell individual analytics data to third parties.
8.Email and SMS Communications
MWLN may communicate with you via email and SMS for account notifications, deal alerts, buy box matches, platform updates, and marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by contacting support@mwln.net. Transactional notifications related to your account activity may continue even after opting out of marketing.
9.How Data Is Used
MWLN uses collected information to: process account registrations and access requests; match buyers with relevant wholesale deals; send deal alerts and platform notifications; review deal submissions for completeness and compliance; facilitate communication between buyers and wholesalers; process Listing Fee invoices; improve platform features and performance; and comply with legal obligations.
10.How Data Is Shared
MWLN does not sell personal information to third parties. MWLN may share information with: verified buyers and wholesalers for the purpose of facilitating deal inquiries (limited to information users have agreed to share); service providers who assist in operating the platform under confidentiality obligations; law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law; and successors or acquirers in the event of a business transfer.
11.User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact MWLN at privacy@mwln.net. MWLN will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
12.Data Security
MWLN implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is completely secure, and MWLN cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
